Where is my download?
If you completed your order succesfully on our SWREG store, you will get an e-mail in your inbox. There is a download link provided that is valid for 7 days unless you added Extended Download Service.
What is Extended Download Service?
If you accepted and purchased EDS as part of your order, SWREG automatically stores a back-up copy of the files that you purchased. You can access your purchase for one full year from the date of purchase.
How do I get unlimited support?
If you buy Ashford Pro, you get access to unlimited support from our Ashford Pro Cohort Google Group. This support is only available to Ashford Pro owners. All other help documents can be found on our support pages.
