Default registration setting
By default, your site will NOT allow anyone to register. This is the preferred setting for most web sites. If the Anyone can register is checked, visitors can register at http://www.yourwebsite.com/wp-register.php.

The most common use for this feature is to require registration before posting comments. You comment settings are set on the Discussion setting subpanel.

Add new user
You can always manually add a new user.
- Dashboard → Users → Add New
The only required fields are email, username and password. This process sends the new user an email notification to the main email address for your site. You will need to manually notify the user of the username and password.
