I really WANT to like this site, but the biggest and most annoying thing to me right now is that you don’t even allow questions for pre-sale customers. Kind of might want to rethink that.
Or you could answer my questions and email me back.
1- Is this ONLY for mobile sites?
2- Looking at the front page, I see a bunch of options for “packages”, for the fee, do I get all of these options? ie; page templates, CMS, mobile, customizations, etc.
3- I know you have a front end demo – do you have a back end demo. I would like to see if this is as easy as it sounds. I need something SUPER simple.

1 – no, mobile is only used if it is activated AND being viewed by a mobile device like an iPhone or Android phone

I have not tested with BuddyPress, unfortunately it is not a BuddyPress capable theme. I does support multi-site very nicely.

This is also a “pre-sale” question. I just found you…downloaded and installed your free-theme. So far I have been able to figure out most of it (very little WP experience) with the exception of getting sidebars/widgets to work. Before I purchase, I want to make sure everything is supposed to work.
Also, a comment on one of your FAQ pages (http://ashford.turtleinteractive.com/support/getting-started/troubleshooting-common-issues/) The answers at the bottom are reversed for the questions.
I paid via paypal for Ashford Pro 25 minutes ago. And I still dont have email from u with my account/download data.
Has anyone been able to get any kind of response from Ashford? I request access to their Google Groups (no response in a week) and sent an email (also no response in a week). I thought paying for “pro” was supposed to get some kind of support and answers to questions? They seem to have a pretty good product but I have questions and can’t get any “sign of life”
I paid for pro version last night. I am still waiting to be added to Google Groups.
I have a problem in that even the pro version is indicating that I have a free version. Yes, I activated the pro child theme version.

Jacob — the next steps after going through the getting started guide can be found here. You first customize your site then build. Many of the steps are contained in the documentation here — then if you have specific items please post to the Google Group.
