    Hi Tim,

I am looking for a dependable framework with an exelent support. My question is :
If I purchase Ashford where do I get the support from and by seeing the latest post on facebook – not very active ….are you guys still in business that I can trust???

    Thanks – Please advice.

Tried to use your framework and the whole of WordPress was diaabled with this message:

“Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class uagent_info in D:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\themes\ashford\library\ashford_mdetect.php on line 43″

I downloaded and installed in the themes directory and activated “Theme”. Things deteriorated rapidly after that.

Thoughts? would like to see this work. It sounds promising.

The un-designed immovable footer box is a real turn off.

It’s ugly, visually irritating when scrolling, and wastes valuable screen space. For what? To advertise the fact that someone mentioned your framework on a blog post 6 months ago….

    It’s time to move it…..

To “Robert Wall” – I first installed the FREE version and ran it with no issues. Then I purchased PRO and still no issues. Check your WP version or perhaps another plugin is causing compatibility issues.

Now if I could only get some response from the author of this product, I would be a “happy customer”. So far, I am getting more and more turned off by the lack of “support” for a purchased product that touts “support” as a reason to buy. All I want are a few questions answered – can’t even get access to the Google Groups!

I feel a bit let down after buying the pro version. Where’s the support? Google groups? And the support documents appear to be extensive at first, but looks rather limited.

  • Tim Bednar says:

Jacob — I’m catching up on all that’s happened this month. I apologize for the lack of support over the last few weeks. Rest assured that I will catch up on support questions and help you with Ashford as much as possible.

  • Tim Bednar says:

Zoltan — I’ve caught up on admitting folks to the Google Group. I apologize for the delay. Ashford directly supported by myself and this March I got behind.

  • Tim Bednar says:

You are correct — and it is removed.

  • Tim Bednar says:

Please try to re-download, there may have been a brief time where the mobile detect code was broken.

I am still in business and the code is well maintained. I just am not always the best marketer. I will make a point to use Facebook more often and Twitter.
